DAMAGE FEE and SMOKING POLICY

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our guest rooms and indoor common areas. We take this policy seriously to maintain a healthy and safe environment for all guests. If we detect that smoking has occurred in your room during your stay, we will charge a fee of 100 USD to cover the cost of cleaning and deodorizing the room. We also reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you violate this policy.
  • We take pride in providing our guests with a clean and comfortable environment. We kindly request that you treat our linens, towels, and furniture with care during your stay. In the event that any of these items are damaged or lost, we reserve the right to charge up to 500 USD to cover the cost of repair or replacement. If the damage exceeds this amount, we may pursue legal action.
  • We provide each guest with a key to their room upon check-in. If you lose your key, we will charge a fee of 30 USD to cover the cost of replacement. If you fail to return the key at check-out, we may charge an additional fee for the cost of changing the locks or shipping fee.
  • We kindly request that you report any damages to the guesthouse staff as soon as possible. If any additional damages are discovered during or after your stay, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the cost of repair or replacement. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to electronic devices, bathroom fixtures, and artwork.
